Shipping policy

Free Local Home Delivery (~30km from Brewery)

  • We offer free local delivery within roughly (30kms) of the brewey: Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and area on orders over $75. Any address in our local delivery zone qualifies. 
  • Deliveries are Monday-Saturday in our local delivery zone for orders placed before 9am. Any order placed after 9am will be delivered the following day. 
  • Be prepared to show proof of identity / age (from a distance) if requested. 
  • The delivery window will generally be between 1 - 7pm. You will get an email notification on the delivery day and our driver will send you a text message when they are heading towards your stop. 

Ontario-Wide Shipping

  • Shipping rates are $15 flat on orders over $50 in Ontario. Free on orders over $100
  • Most deliveries are mon-sat. Orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days (and often sooner).
  • Orders will be sent by a one of our courier partners. Government-issued ID is required for age verification. Check your confirmation email for a tracking link.
  • Please include your complete address at checkout. Including a buzzer number or any other delivery details.Couriers may not be able to contact you by phone to complete delivery or deliver to PO Boxes.

Brewery Pickup

  • Place your order online and select “Pick up” at checkout.
  • Orders are typically ready within 1-2 hours when we are open. You will receive an email to confirm that your order is ready for pickup.
  • Orders can be picked up from 11am-7pm 7 days a week.
  • Please bring your order # proof of identification.
  • Please come in and join us in the retail store at 950 Woodlawn Rd. in Guelph and pick up your order there.

Canada-Wide Non alcoholic

We ship our Sparkling Hop waters Canada-Wide Shipping fees are custom based on $20 per case of cans. This rate is only for Non-Alcoholic products so you will not see the rate outside of Ontario unless you cart contains only Non-alcoholic products!
