Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at store@wellingtonbrewery.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

For Beer Shipments:
If your beer order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to the limited nature of some of our beer products, we cannot guarantee a replacement of the exact product. In such cases, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as beer or food)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Return Process for Shipped Items

If you’re returning an item that was shipped, returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. Alternatively, if you require local pickup, a $20 pickup fee will apply.

Important: If you return a shipped item directly to our brewery retail store without first requesting a return, your refund will not be processed.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
